Registration

Equally Well believes everyone should have equal access to all resources to support our mental and physical health. With the incredibly generous support of our sponsors, we are able to provide free registration to the 2025 Equally Well Conference for all attendees.

To join the discussion at this years event, please ensure you register to secure your place. This is a great opportunity to expand your network, catchup with associates, learn about new research or projects and share your experience.

Location / Venue

The 2025 Equally Well National Event will be held at: Pullman Adelaide, 16 Hindmarsh Square, Adelaide SA 5000.

Information & Registration Desk

The registration desk will be located in the foyer on Level 15. As you enter the Pullman, there will be signage to direct you.

The Information and Registration desk will operate as follows:

Thursday, 20 November from 8.15am to 5.35pm

Friday, 21 November from 8.15am to 3.45pm

Parking

For secure guest parking, the Pullman offer valet parking in an undercover car park with a height restriction of 2.1 meters for $55 per 24-hours. Alternatively, prepaid self-parking is available in a nearby undercover car park with a height restriction of 1.9 meters for $35 per 24-hours with unlimited entry and exits.

There are many commercial car parks and metered parking available a short walk away.

Transport

The venue is close to all forms of public transport including trains, trams, buses and the Adelaide airport.

Airport

Adelaide Airport is 8km from the Adelaide CBD and well connected by regular public bus, taxi and rideshare services.
Adelaide Airport bus services (J1 and J2 services) between the airport and the CBD. You can catch the bus from Stop 10 Adelaide Airport. It’s located on Sir Richard Williams Avenue, to the left (west) of the passenger pick-up/drop-off area as you exit the terminal on the ground floor.
Taxi ranks are located close to all terminals and the airport to the CBD is an approximate 28minute fare. You can estimate your fare or book online at 13cabs.

Adelaide Metro Bus

Adelaide Metro offers a convenient, affordable Adelaide Airport bus service.
You can catch the bus from Stop 10 Adelaide Airport. It’s located on Sir Richard Williams Avenue, to the left (west) of the passenger pick-up/drop-off area as you exit the terminal on the ground floor.
There’s a range of tickets and fares, and several easy ways to pay:

  • Tap and Pay with your Visa or Mastercard on board the bus.
  • Use QR code tickets on your smartphone with the free Adelaide Metro Buy & Go app.
  • Buy and recharge a metroCARD at the vending machine at the Adelaide Airport bus shelter.

South Australian Seniors Card members can travel free at any time, and eligible interstate seniors can access free and/or discounted travel. Learn more about options for seniors here.

Trams

Tram routes around the CBD are free. The free zone is the area between the South Terrace stop, Adelaide Entertainment Centre, Festival Plaza and the Botanic Gardens.

Bus

The closest bus stop is on Grenfell Street, stop H1 North side or S1 South side.

Accommodation

The conference venue is a hotel and does have accommodation. Other 3-4 start options are listed below, these are located within walking distance of the Pullman.  Equally Well provides this list of privately operated hotels for your convenience.  All bookings are to be made by the traveller and it is the responsibility of the traveller to assess the hotel facilities and its suitability. All accommodation fees, and other associated costs are at the traveller’s expense.

How to connect to the WIFI

Pullman offers complimentary WIFI access to event guests.  Access instructions will be provided to guests at the event.

Photography & Recordings

If you do not wish to be recorded or have your photo used for promotional purposes, please ensure you wear a red dot (available from the Information and Registration Desk) on a visible area of your chest.

Mobile Phones

Please ensure all mobile phones are switched to silent whilst in forum sessions.
