Claire Jones

Claire Jones works as a Senior Pharmacist for Community Mental Health service within SA Health. Having graduated from a Bachelor of Pharmacy at the University of South Australia in 2009, Claire has worked in SA Health across various hospital speciality units gaining a wide variety of clinical experience since that time as well as completing a postgraduate Master in Clinical Pharmacy. Claire also recently worked in a project team to develop the model of care for a mental health rehabilitation service, within which medication optimisation and the equally well principles were embedded into the model of care.
