Georgia Lawrence is a Peer Specialist at Elpida House, a compassionate, recovery-focused Peer Worker with lived experience of mental health challenges and recovery. Committed to trauma-informed, person-centred, and strengths-based practice, Georgia is passionate about the role of peer support in rehabilitation. Georgia holds a Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work and is studying a Bachelor of Social Work. Skilled in group facilitation, one-on-one support, and multidisciplinary collaboration, Georgia purposefully uses her lived experience to build trust, reduce stigma, and inspire hope, fostering empowerment and positive change for people on their recovery journey.
