Equally Well for all – working together
Harry Singh, Lead in implementing Equally Well framework at Eastern health in Victoria, working with public mental health services since 2013, prior to this worked as a microbiologist. Undertook masters of mental health nursing from RMIT university. Currently involved in research project involving improving better access to physical health care for consumers residing in community based long term rehabilitation programs. Holds program lead role in integrating practise change to adhere to the statewide equally well framework.
