Dr Snow has a diverse disciplinary background in both psychology and public health, with a particular focus on integrating mental health care. She holds a PhD in Psychiatry, where her research focused on understanding the interactions between mental health services and individuals with complex support needs. Her research utilised mixed methods, including analysing large, linked datasets, examining factors associated with emergency department presentation and psychiatric readmission, and conducting focus groups with key service providers. Through her research, Dr. Snow has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in providing effective mental health care, particularly for individuals with complex needs.
