Victoria Erskine is a thought leader in strategic communication, research, and wellbeing advocacy, with more than 25 years of experience shaping communication strategy across government, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors. With a background in journalism and extensive experience as a communication advisor and public relations consultant, she is driven by a commitment to designing communication frameworks that unlock human potential and generate positive, sustainable change.
As a Lecturer in Communication at Charles Sturt University, Victoria is dedicated to advancing the discipline through research-led teaching and industry collaboration. She is a PhD researcher with Equally Well exploring how communication for managing diverse stakeholders within Collective Impact models can shape social change and influence mental health outcomes and advancing the conversation on how communication can be a catalyst for collaboration, wellbeing and systems transformation.
