Justin Chapman

Griffith University

Dr Justin Chapman is a Research Policy Officer with Equally Well at Charles Sturt University, Research Fellow at Griffith University, and Senior Peer Research Officer at Metro South Addiction and Mental Health. He leads research focusing on improving physical health for people with mental health challenges through collaborative, implementation-focused research across hospital, community and policy settings. Justin has authored over 40 peer-reviewed publications, secured >$10M for translational research projects, and received national awards recognising research impact. Passionate about bridging research and practice, he works closely with lived-experience leaders, clinicians and policymakers to promote equitable and holistic mental health care.
