Phoebe Marshall-Luu is a mental health professional with over a decade of experience spanning frontline service delivery, program leadership, and community resilience initiatives. She played a key role in establishing Sydney’s first step-up step-down service and led suicide postvention efforts across NSW during her time working at Lifeline. Currently, Phoebe serves as Regional Planning Project Officer at Central Eastern Sydney PHN, where one of her key focus areas is improving physical health outcomes for people living with mental illness.
