Steven is passionate about Practice Development / Getting Correctional Research into Practice to provide an environment of continuous improvement, learning, training, and practice development ensuring correctional health professionals have a strong foundation of patient focused health practice including skills, knowledge in fundamentals of care, health assessment, health promotion.
