Julia Kim
Julia is a final-year medical student at Flinders University with a background in neuropsychiatry (B.Biomedicine and Research Honours, University of Melbourne; RMH Department of Psychiatry Award, 2020). Passionate about rural mental health, and improving physical-mental health integration among overlooked populations, including CALD, disability, gender-diverse, and rural communities. Julia researches physical health care for people with severe mental illness with Equally Well Australia and Lived Experience Australia. As Senior Vice President of the Flinders Medical Student Society and President of the Health and Human Rights Group, Julia advocates for inclusive, culturally competent healthcare that promotes equity and wellbeing across diverse communities.
