My name is Jake O’Brien. I’m an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with 10 years of clinical experience across a range of settings, including community mental health. This work inspired me to pursue a Master’s in Mental Health, and I am currently completing a PhD at Griffith University, researching exercise interventions to improve quality of life and sense of belonging for people living with mental illness. I’m passionate about reducing the health inequities experienced by people living with mental illness and am proud to be part of an organisation and team that shares this passion.
